To increase sales in the highly competitive commercial paper marketplace, Champion needed to create understanding of its new product line - lightweight, high-yield publication papers and the multiple components that equate to cost savings.

While promoting the unique attrinutes of lightweight publication papers, TDO illustrated the complex relationship between paper weight, yield and mailing costs which deliver overall cost savings. We created a visual brand delivered in sales collateral; worksheets; print, dimensional direct mail, PC- and Web-delivered calculators and conversion tools.

Demand for Lightweight Papers increased to record sales levels. In the first piece mailed, the “Lose Weight. Look Great.” dimensional mailings produced four times the cost of the promotion.
